Most spun yarns that Dillon sources can be supplied on dye-tube packages in various sizes, including 54mm x 170mm, 3”x11” or 1 5/8” x 41.5mm, and package-build can be customized to fit any weight and density requirement. Our splitting capacity enables us to supply warp-knit quality monofilament on beams; our process is more efficient than conventional warping from pirns because we transfer monofilament yarn from the mother yarn package directly to the beam, eliminating the pirn process. Regular offerings include 20D and 30D SD poly, 30D black poly, and 15D nylon 6. Other deniers may be available depending on mother yarn availability. We can produce end counts up to 1344 ends; for circular knit applications, we can supply the same deniers on pirns.
